Main Features Composition: It is a blend composed of 50% Nebbiolo and the remaining 50% of a combination of Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasting Notes: It has an intense ruby red colour. On the nose it offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, plum, blackberries, with balsamic, ethereal nuances and sometimes notes of chocolate and forest. Taste Profile: On the palate it is described as a wine of great structure, round, soft and elegant, with a persistent finish. Pairings: It goes perfectly with red meat dishes, game and savoury first courses such as lasagna or pasta with meat sauce.
