1 Troy Ounce - Silber .999 - Germania Mint - Versiegelt und mit Zertifikat (Ohne mindestpreis)

The Royal Mint Norse Gods Odin Silver Bar, produced as part of a collaboration between The Royal Mint and Germania Mint. This limited-mintage bar is the third in a three-bar series honoring figures from Norse mythology, This is the famous Odin bar.  Product Details Design: The reverse of the bar, visible in the image, depicts the Norse god Odin at his throne The runes at the top of your bar are part of the Elder Futhark, the oldest form of the runic alphabets. On this specific "Norse Gods" collaboration bar, there are four distinct runes engraved above Odin’s head. From left to right, here is what they represent: 1. Ansuz Meaning: "The Chieftain" or "God" (specifically referring to Odin). Symbolism: It represents divine inspiration, communication, and wisdom. Since Odin is the god of the runes and poetry, this is his signature rune. 2. Uruz Meaning: "Aurochs" (a giant wild ox). Symbolism: It represents physical strength, endurance, and raw untamed power. It symbolizes the vital force that drives all living things. 3. Thurisa Meaning: "Thorn" or "Giant." Symbolism: This rune is associated with protection and defense, but also the "giants" (Jötunn) that the gods fight. It represents a catalyst for change or a protective barrier. 4. Ansuz (Repeated) (\text{\textsf{\char"16A8}}) The sequence ends by returning to the Ansuz rune, reinforcing Odin’s presence and his role as the source of this ancient knowledge. Why these Mints are together The Norse Gods series (starting with this Odin bar in 2024/2025) is a joint project where The Royal Mint produced the silver bar itself (which is why their logo is on the back/packaging), while Germania Mint provided the artistic design and the specialized "Safepack" security packaging. Mintage: Only 60,000 of these 1 oz bars were made. Artist: The design was created by Dan Thorne, a well-known engraver for The Royal Mint. It’s a fantastic "East meets West" piece for collectors, blending British minting prestige with Polish artistic flair. Material and Purity: The bar contains 1 troy ounce of .9999 fine silver. Mintage: It has a limited mintage of only 50,000 bars worldwide. Packaging: Each bar comes sealed in a protective CardBar that features the logos of both The Royal Mint and Germania Mint, as seen in your image. Designer: The design was created by Dan Thorne, a product designer at The Royal Mint.
