Iconic wine from one of the most respected producers un Rioja. It was the first wine produced by the estate. It has been crafted every vintage since 1992. The grapes are meticulously hand-selected on sorting tables, where the shoulders and tips of the Tempranillo clusters are separated. This wine is made exclusively from the destemmed shoulders. It incorporates white grape skins, which ferment alongside the red grapes, contributing to its structure and aromatic complexity. The blend is composed of Tempranillo, Graciano, and white grape skins. Ageing takes place over 24–26 months in 225-litre barrels, predominantly new French oak. Bottles purchased from a certified distributor and in perfect condition, always stored in a cellar at the right temperature and humidity. *NOTE: Not shipped in original wooden box.
