The dial has been gently cleaned to maintain its original character. The watch is powered by a fully serviced Panerai OP XXIX calibre (ETA/Unitas-based), which has been disassembled, cleaned, lubricated and regulated to ensure stable and reliable performance. CFP Custom Case Back – “The North Holds” As part of this restoration, the watch is fitted with a custom-designed CFP case back, produced entirely in our independent watch studio. This case back is a signature CFP Watch Studio component, produced and designed in our workshop from solid stainless steel and designed specifically for the Panerai Luminor 44 mm case system. The “The North Holds” theme reflects today’s realities — the idea of a small nation living on a vast land, deeply valuing, loving and protecting its homeland, its culture and its way of life. The design includes a stylized northern landform and historic military motifs, referencing the harsh environment where reliability and precision are essential. All engravings are executed using high-precision laser technology, ensuring clarity, depth and long-term durability while giving the watch a distinctive and individual character. The watch is completed with a custom leather strap, a handcrafted buckle and a presentation box, all selected to complement the restoration and overall concept.
