Product Information The 2022 ROA is a refined white wine from Stefano Occhetti, originating from the hills of Monteu Roero in Piedmont. This wine is produced with a focus on sustainability and minimal intervention, with the grapes hand-harvested and carefully selected. Vinification After hand-harvesting, the Arneis grapes undergo a 48-hour cold skin maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 4 to 5 months in used French oak barrels, adding complexity without sacrificing freshness. Color Intense straw yellow with golden highlights. Nose Expressive aromas of apricot, peach, wild herbs, and citrus zest, complemented by subtle notes of hay. Taste Fresh and lively with good structure.
