Main features Producer: Salvatore Murana, a historic company from Pantelleria founded in 1984, known for the enhancement of the Zibibbo grape variety. Type: Passito di Pantelleria DOC, a sweet dessert wine obtained from dried Zibibbo grapes. Sensory Profile: It is described as a wine with a very dark amber colour with ancient gold reflections. On the nose it is "explosive" with notes of dried fruit, orange peel, liquorice, vanilla and pepper. Technical Details: The bottle in the photo is in the format of 0.500 litres and has an alcohol content of 14.5% vol.
