Vintage 1950s Guiliano Fratti statement necklace • Italian designer, Giuliano Fratti of Milano, who produced pieces for Dior and Chanel and many other Haute couture fashion houses. - marked "GM", representing Giuliano Milano - gold plated metal, faux pearls, faux coral and rhinestone - length / circumference: 76 cm ( shortest row ) - weight: 159 grams *** Giuliano Fratti of Milan, Italy began his career designing buttons, buckles and belts in the 1930s-194Os. In 1950 Fratti arrived in New York and he worked with Chanel, Worth and Dior (1954 ) and later on in the '60s with Pierre Cardin.
