EXTRACTION PROCESS
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives solely through mechanical processes.

TASTING NOTES
It has a predominantly ripe fruitiness of medium to light intensity, with notes of ripe apple, but also with a slight perception of green leaves and olives. In the mouth it is a smooth olive oil with medium to light bitter and spicy intensity.

This is an extremely versatile oil in the kitchen, adapting easily to a wide range of dishes.
