The cushion modified brilliant cut provides an attractive outline and lively brilliance, while maintaining strong color saturation throughout the stone. The ruby presents visible natural inclusions, mainly concentrated in the center and lower half of the stone. Internal crystal inclusions, fingerprint-like structures and feather inclusions can be observed under normal viewing. A surface-reaching fissure is visible near the center-right side, together with small abrasions and minor edge wear around the girdle and facet junctions.
