This is authentic Japanese tanto dagger "Kagemitsu" signed with koshirae I think the blade of this tanto was made in late Edo Hamon :Notare Craft man "Kagemitsui" signed Blade Length : 287 mm (11.3") Length   : 397 mm (15.6") Curvature : 0.1 mm (0.04") Wide :26 mm (1") Thickness : 4 mm (0.16") Dagger weight : 196 g (6.9 oz.) Mekugi hole : 1 w/ koshirae Condition : Overall in good condition with normal wear, tang cleaned, scratches, scars and stain Koshirae Menuki design is Dragon Fuchi kashira is peony Tsuba is made of suaka copper with fukurin Material: wood, iron, copper, string, ray skin etc. Total size : 440 mm (17.3") Saya size : 316 mm (12.4"), Saya's sori : 2.5 mm (0.1") Tsuka size : 114 mm (4.5") from fuchi to mekugi hole 20 mm (0.8") nakago hole : 25 x 5 mm (1" x 0.2") nakago depth : over 104 mm (4.1") Total weight : 467 g (16.5 oz.)
