The Macallan Fine Oak 15 Years Old forms part of the Fine Oak range and is matured for a minimum of fifteen years in three exceptional oak cask types. This complex combination of casks delivers a rich flavour profile with notes of chocolate, dried fruits and cinnamon. Three casks, three single malt whiskies, one 15-year-old Macallan Created from a trio of spirits, matured individually in European sherry oak casks, American sherry oak casks and American bourbon oak casks. Once filled, the casks are left undisturbed for 15 years. Once matured, this complex combination of casks is expertly blended to create a uniquely vibrant single malt whisky. Colour: Rich straw. Nose: Sublime and full with a hint of rose and cinnamon. Palate: Intense rich chocolate with a hint of orange and raisin. Finish: Lingering with a hint of chocolate, orange and dried fruits.
