The vase presents a full, generous globular form with a small, everted rim and a beautifully weighted body that commands quiet presence. The entire surface is enveloped in a dramatically textured, foam-like white glaze that gives the piece an almost lunar quality. Sweeping diagonally across the shoulder is a dynamic brushed band in amber, teal-green, and dark iron pigment, evoking the spontaneous energy of a mountain landscape or a cresting wave.
