Eine chinesische blau-weiße Vase mit 'Lotus' – Ohne Mindestpreis - Porzellan - China - Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts, Qing-Dynastie, Guangxu-Periode (1875–1908, 光緒)

A Chinese blue and white molded porcelain 'Lotus' baluster vase. Qing dynasty (大清), late 19th / early 20th century, most probably Guangxu (1875-1908, 光緒) period. Additionaly second of the pair, damaged.

Finely potted of snow-white in baluster form with everted flared top-rim, with handles modelled as two Temple Lions (FooDogs) on the neck and applied four full-relief Kuy-Dragons on the neck. Painted in vivid underglaze-blue cobalt with large flower-heads on the ground of dense blosson. Band of stylised lapets above the foot-rim.

Dimensions: height - 25 cm; diameter - c. 10 cm. Weight - 643 / 678 g.

Provenance: Dutch (Utrecht) private collection.

Conditions report: vase in excellent condition, no damages. Additional one extensively restored body, chips to the top-rim.
