No original outer sleeve. Artist Profile Kazuko Tadano (只野和子) — born March 14, 1959 in Hiroshima, Japan. Animator, character designer, illustrator, and animation director affiliated with Studio Live. Tadano served as the character designer and chief animation director for Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon R (1992–1994) and for the theatrical Sailor Moon R: The Movie (1993), establishing the franchise's signature visual identity. She produced almost all of the promotional artwork — including the laserdisc covers and premium cels — for the first two seasons, and has continued to contribute to the franchise in recent years, returning as illustrator for the Sailor Moon Cosmos (2023) Blu-ray and DVD cover art.
