Maciej absolvierte die Akademie der bildenden Künste in Breslau, Polen, die Fakultät für Keramik und Glas. Sein Stil ist in vielen Galerien auf der ganzen Welt leicht zu erkennen und einige Glasobjekte wurden im Corning Museum of Glass, USA, ausgestellt.
TV ARTE hat eine Dokumentation über das Familienunternehmen veröffentlicht und jedes Jahr während der Ambiente Fair in Frankfurt verführen Maciejs Meisterwerke mit Farben und Formen.
