Along with this message, Oda donated ¥800 million under the name of Monkey D. Luffy to support the reconstruction efforts. This spirit of support led to the official collaboration between ONE PIECE and Kumamoto Prefecture, known as the ONE PIECE Kumamoto Reconstruction Project. As part of the project, bronze statues of all ten Straw Hat Pirates have been installed throughout Kumamoto Prefecture, making it a special destination for ONE PIECE fans from around the world. This official promotional card is part of the Premium Card Collection – Kumamoto Prefecture Special, released to commemorate this unique collaboration.
