A collection of in all 160 glass beads from Mali. These beads were worn by the Fulina people and were given as a wedding present, hence their name "wedding beads". Originally produced in Bohemia in the 1960-70,s. and exported exclusively to Mali. Different designs are presented here; the "drop"-beads, trangular beads and "claw'-beads. Some scratching is visible, due to their intense use. Collected in Mali in the late 1990,s.
