From Porto to the world, Oliveira da Serra has been offering the best of the land since the 60s.
In 2010, we took another step in our commitment to good and good, by planting a large Portuguese olive grove and an emblematic oil mill, reinforcing our country's place as one of the largest olive oil producers. Our pop-up lid also represented a small revolution in the world of Portuguese olive oil, reminding everyone how, with us, innovation is always alongside naturalness. Over the years, our path of caring for the earth, for the Earth, has borne many fruits that we have transformed into olive oil with more than 600 national and international awards.
EXTRACTION PROCESS
Olivenöl der Spitzenkategorie, das direkt aus Oliven ausschließlich durch mechanische Verfahren gewonnen wird.
GESCHMACKNOTEN
Es besitzt überwiegend eine reife Fruchtigkeit von mittlerer bis leichter Intensität, mit Noten von reifem Apfel, aber auch mit einer leichten Wahrnehmung von grünen Blättern und Oliven. Im Mund ist es ein geschmeidiges Olivenöl mit mittlerer bis leichter Bitterkeit und Schärfe.
SERVIERUNG
Dieses Öl ist in der Küche äußerst vielseitig und passt sich problemlos einer breiten Palette von Gerichten an.
