The damage must be reported to your local post office within 7 days of delivery, and promptly to us and Catawiki support. 【Product details】 A Japanese pottery mask in the Oto-goze style, crafted during the Showa period, featuring rounded cheeks, narrow smiling eyes and an open mouth with a prominently modelled tongue. Its lively expression is enhanced by a high forehead, softly shaded eyebrows and black hair with fine strands extending along the temples. The face has a warm ivory-coloured finish, contrasting with the black hair and red-and-black mouth details. Subtle shading emphasises the contours of the cheeks and chin. The reverse is finished in black, and small holes are present at the sides for attaching a cord. Accompanied by the plain wooden storage box shown in the photographs. There is surface rubbing, light scratching and discolouration, with wear to the painted finish, particularly around the edges and on the reverse.
