An antique silver etrog or sugar box by the Jewish silversmith W. Luther of Warsaw, dated 1875, in 84-standard silver. Neoclassical oval form with floral relief ornament, standing on four legs shaped as plant branches, with a locking mechanism (the key is missing). Fully hallmarked on the base: the Warsaw assay mark, the maker's mark and the city mark. Dimensions: H 15 x W 13 x D 12 cm. Weight: 442 g. Condition: good overall, with light wear, age patina and the expected signs of use for its age. Please see the photos, which form part of the description.
