Germany national team - Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft - 1984 - Fußballtrikot

Up for auction is an authentic vintage West Germany (DFB) short-sleeve home shirt by Adidas, from the classic 1982–1984 era (worn during the 1982 World Cup in Spain and Euro 1984). The jersey features subtle horizontal shadow stripes woven directly into the fabric, black three-stripe shoulder accents, a two-tone ribbed V-neck collar, the iconic stitched Deutscher Fussball-Bund eagle patch, and the printed black Adidas Trefoil logo on the chest. The reverse displays squad number 8 in the vintage 3D block style, historically worn during this era by midfielder Paul Breitner (and Klaus Fischer). The shirt has an approximate weight of 200 grams. It does not include an original retail box or packaging. Overall, the jersey is in good vintage condition with clean fabric, though the back number 8 shows heavy, authentic distress and cracking consistent with genuine match/training age and use, as clearly displayed in the photos. This is a 100% genuine, officially manufactured vintage Adidas piece, confirmed by the original early-1980s multi-flag Trefoil collar label and wash tag detailing the classic 62% polyester / 38% cotton blend. The shirt was manufactured in West Germany, confirming its historical period authenticity. The item is unsigned, originating directly from a private football memorabilia collection. High-resolution close-up photographs of the stitched DFB crest, printed chest Trefoil, collar tag, inner wash labels, and distressed back number 8 are included to provide full transparency on authenticity and exact condition. The shirt will be carefully packed in a protective parcel and dispatched promptly via registered, insured tracked courier service (e.g., DHL / DPD / PostNL).
