Shiromuku Hochzeitsbraut-Kimono in Weiß für Zeremonien – ohne Mindestgebot! - Japan - Heisei Zeit (1989-heute)
Gorgeous Japanese white wedding kimono Shiromuku.
Magnificent peacock and floral pattern jacquard. The peacock is a symbol of wealth, vitality, and prosperity.
Like the colored wedding kimono Uchikake, the Shiromuku began to be used as wedding attire for samurai families during the Muromachi period (14th-16th centuries). White color is considered to symbolize purity, innocence, and new beginnings. White has also long been regarded as a sacred color, and it is believed to protect the bride as she begins her new life.
Very good condition, light stains as shown in the photo.
Length under collar 182cm
Sleeve and Shoulder(center of back to wrist) 65cm
