These agricultural rums are made with 100% pure, fresh sugarcane honey (hand-pressed juice, not molasses), traditionally distilled in copper pot stills, and double-aged: first in Brown Incense barrels (a native Paraguayan wood that imparts smoke, tannins, caramel, toffee, and nutty notes) and then in French oak for refinement and complexity. Natural, with no additives or coloring, and unfiltered – ideal for appreciating the evolution of the Paraguayan subtropical terroir. Standard 70cl bottles, 38-40% ABV, original labels intact (classic and elegant design), excellent liquid level, and impeccable condition – perfect for collectors of rare South American rums, comparative tastings, or expanding a premium inventory with a woody and authentic character.

• Profile: A smooth and grassy nose with vanilla, nuts, fresh fruits (pineapple, guava), white flowers, herbal yerba mate, and subtle native wood smoke; on the palate, light and silky with soft caramel, young vanilla, tropical fruits (pineapple, citrus fruits like lime and mandarin), spices (clove), and a clean, refreshing, and slightly spicy finish with balanced sweetness. A delicate and vibrant texture, with vegetal notes that highlight its youth.

• Profile: A polished and complex nose with clove, cinnamon, vanilla, aged wood, dried fruits (raisins, figs), caramel, toffee, milk chocolate, and subtle smoky notes; on the palate, sweet and wood-forward with rich vanilla, butterscotch, burnt caramel, walnut, warm spices, subtle chocolate, and a long, persistent, and smooth finish with spicy warmth, lingering sweetness, and earthy notes. A full, velvety, and elegant texture, with profound evolution thanks to time and the oak aging.
