Rara e bellissima affettatrice a lama orizzontale modello "1061A" prodotta da Alexsanderwerk nei primi anni '40 in Germania.

Realizzata in fusione di ghisa con vassoio in acciaio cromato e maniglia per far girare la lama in legno tornito. Volano in pesante ghisa e manopola per la regolazione del taglio in bachelite nera.

Oggetto decorativo estremamente ricercato; adatto a collezionisti ma ideale anche per essere utilizzata in una cucina moderna.

Tramite la manopola laterale si può regolare lo spessore di taglio. Il vassoio superiore può essere sganciato ed estratto per poter pulire a fondo l'affettatrice.

Studiata in ogni minimo dettaglio, compatta e di altissima qualità (pesa ben 9 kg.).

L'affettatrice è perfettamente funzionante, la lama marcata Fribu Remscheid gira e la regolazione dello spessore funziona perfettamente.

Esteticamente conservata in buonissime condizioni vintage, non presenta crepe o difetti gravi da segnalare. Ci sono piccole mancanze di vernice sulla ghisa e tracce di ruggine come si vede dalle foto che sono parte integrante della descrizione.

Misure: 18.5 x 32.5 x 32 cm.
