Pareja de alfombras chinas Pekin-"Pie de Cama" ca. 1950–1960

Presentamos una elegante pareja de alfombras chinas Pekín, originalmente tejidas como alfombras de Pie de cama. Destacan por su refinado diseño floral chino tradicional con peonías estilizadas y cenefas geométricas sobre suaves tonos marfil, melocotón y azul jade.

Tejidas en lana de alta calidad sobre base de algodón, estas piezas presentan una estructura gruesa, compacta y muy tensa, siendo además pesadas para su tamaño, rasgos característicos de la producción Peking de mediados del siglo XX. Se conservan en excelente estado, sin manchas ni daños estructurales. Únicamente se recomienda una limpieza ligera para refrescar los colores y realzar su aspecto.

Pareja auténtica de época, cada vez más difícil de encontrar en este formato y condición.
