A photobook by Takuma Nakahira. Set against the urban landscape of the late 1960s, it presents a radical body of work characterized by the are, bure, boke aesthetic—grainy, blurry, and out-of-focus images that reject clear meaning and narrative. Informed by the ideas of the magazine Provoke, the work fundamentally reexamines the relationship between photography and language, as well as between documentation and expression. It has been highly regarded as an attempt to destabilize the very act of seeing. A text by Nakahira is included at the end of the volume.

CONDITION
The jacket shows rubbing and scratches. The slipcase is missing. The book itself is in fine condition.
