Coppia di Poltrone Frau Vintage anni ’60/’70 modello “Dream” – pelle pieno fiore. 

Elegante coppia di poltrone Poltrona Frau, realizzate tra la fine degli anni ’60 e i primi anni ’70, in una configurazione che rappresenta una prima versione del celebre modello “Dream”.
Un raro esempio dell’artigianato Frau di epoca pre-industriale, eseguito con materiali e tecniche costruttive tradizionali.

Le poltrone si distinguono per la struttura solida e avvolgente, i braccioli a voluta generosamente imbottiti e la pelle pieno fiore color marrone con una splendida patina calda.
I dettagli in cuoio spesso tagliato a mano (cinghie e bottoni di fissaggio) e la tela interna in lino naturale grezzo sono segni inconfondibili delle produzioni Frau dell’epoca.

Sui fianchi inferiori della pelle è visibile il marchio “Poltrona Frau” impresso a fuoco, un set di straordinaria eleganza e comfort, testimone dell’estetica intramontabile e della qualità manifatturiera che hanno reso Poltrona Frau un’icona del design italiano.

Pair of vintage Poltrona Frau armchairs from the 1960s/70s, model “Dream” – full-grain leather.

Elegant pair of Poltrona Frau armchairs, made between the late 1960s and early 1970s, in a configuration representing an early version of the famous “Dream” model.
A rare example of Frau craftsmanship from the pre-industrial era, executed with traditional materials and construction techniques.

The armchairs stand out for their solid, enveloping structure, generously padded scroll armrests, and brown full-grain leather with a beautiful warm patina.
The details in thick hand-cut leather (straps and fastening buttons) and the internal raw natural linen canvas are unmistakable signs of Frau production from that period.

On the lower sides of the leather, the “Poltrona Frau” brand is visible, fire-stamped—an extraordinarily elegant and comfortable set, a testament to the timeless aesthetic and manufacturing quality that have made Poltrona Frau an icon of Italian design.
