Mijn naam is Claeyssens Roger 
Ik bekwaamde mij 4 jaar in tekenkunst op de Academie Gent.
Verder werkte ik als autodidact in olieverftechnieken .
Om los te komen uit de figuratieve stijl ,stapte ik over naar een abstracte manier van werken ,met als leidraad de kleurenleer van Johannes Itten . 
Sinds 2023 werk ik volledig Abstract ,volgens bepaalde kleuren reeksen, wat ik ook reeds deed in de jaren 1990 tot 99,
in Olieverf
Vanaf 2001 tot 2022-bekwaamde ik mij via klassieke onderwerpen in Acryl technieken
Alle werken zijn aan beide zijden beschermd met vernis
