Smoke Monster

The evocative label references the Welsh Mari Lwyd tradition, in which a figure with a horse's skull and a white robe roams the streets between Christmas and Epiphany, taunting residents with mischievous rhymes. This over 200-year-old tradition is said to bring good luck if Mari Lwyd is allowed into the house.

Taste: Refined and smooth, an ashy veil lingers over fruity and spicy notes. Alongside red and black berries, cherries, and creamy milk chocolate, sweet licorice, coffee, and a hint of green pepper emerge, along with slightly dry accents.

Finish: Pleasantly spicy charcoal smoke lingers on the palate, along with licorice, coffee, and sweet cinnamon. Occasionally, hints of mint and eucalyptus emerge.
