2019 Chateau Cheval Blanc, Le Petit Cheval - Saint-Émilion Grand Cru - 12 Bottles (0.75L)

Petit Cheval is the second wine of the prestigious Château Cheval Blanc. Possessing a remarkable and unique character, the vineyard is located at the Pomerol border. An atypical grape composition for the Saint-Émilion region, with a higher proportion of Cabernet Franc than Merlot, results in a wine that is rich, blossoming, intense, and velvety. Petit Cheval is produced on the sandy soils of the vineyard. Often delightful in its youth, it has the potential to age for several years. Harvested manually at maturity, the berries are gently pressed with a long maceration to extract the maximum tannins, color, and aromas. Manual remontages are performed. Aging in oak barrels lasts nearly a year. Serve this wine between 16 and 18°C, accompanied by good meat such as a leg of lamb, a rib of beef, or a roast pork. Des frais supplémentaires et des frais accessoires (pour les expéditions d'importation) peuvent s'appliquer si l'expédition à destination de pays hors de l'UE.
