Mantica - Tractatus de Coniecturis Ultimarum Voluntatum - 1588

Very rare first edition from Turin (the original was printed in Venice in 1579) of the most important work by Cardinal and jurist Francesco Mantica (1534–1614): it is a treatise on the application of 'interpretatio' and its categories to contracts and, among these, to wills.
