Description from the seller

A very beautiful print from the French master photographer Jeanloup Sieff. Stamped and signed by Sieff and titled "Nonnes improbables, Angleterre 1965". This is an exhibition print on a gelatin silver fibre-based paper. Printed by Jeanloup Sieff himself in his signature, contrasty style. The image size is 30 by 45.5 cm, the paper size is 40.2 by 51.3 cm.

The print is in very good condition, only little flaw is a slight bend in the paper (see image 4 marked in green), otherwise in fine condition, surface with no flaws, edges show minor signs of use from putting into corners. Print is matted and protected by a myler sleeve.

Jeanloup Sieff (November 30, 1933 – September 20, 2000) was a French photographer. He was born in Paris to Polish parents. He was a photography student of Gertrude Fehr. He is famous for his portraits of politicians, famous artists, landscapes, as well as for his nudes and use of wide-angle lens and visible dodging marks. He worked mainly in black and white and in fashion.

The print will be shipped in a well proteced package from Germany.
