Description
Large decorative vase made of authentic Capodimonte ceramics, with a strong visual impact and remarkable craftsmanship.
The body of the vase is entirely decorated with relief scenes inspired by mythology and classical themes, populated by numerous female figures, putti, and allegorical characters. The figures are modeled with great plastic depth, anatomical attention, and narrative richness, characteristic of the most elaborate productions of Capodimonte.
The decoration is polychrome, handmade, with a harmonious palette of greens, blues, pinks, and flesh tones, enhanced by broad, glossy gold surfaces on a gold background.
The neck features winged putti in relief, while the upper part is finished with gilded grooves. The base, also decorated, provides stability and stylistic continuity to the work.
It is an object conceived as a display centerpiece, intended for salons, reception areas, or decorative arts collections.
