An 18kt yellow gold Chopard Happy diamonds Elephant pendant. Set in the centre with the famous and playful moving happy diamond and a little sapphire as an eye. Signed and numbered on the back. Attached to an original 18k yellow gold Chopard necklace fully signed Chopard. Length 42 cm. Chopard's Happy Diamonds began in 1976 when designer Ronald Kurowski was inspired by a waterfall, creating watches with free-moving diamonds between two sapphire crystals. This revolutionary concept, which frees the diamonds from their settings, was a major success for the brand and continues to be a core part of its collections today. Caroline Scheufele later introduced jewelry lines and the iconic "Happy Clown" and "Happy elephant. further expanding the collection. All of our items are either Antique or Vintage. They are in used condition and may show some signs of age-related wear, light surface scratches or very minor wear. All items have been inspected by one of our master goldsmiths and if needed, restoration work has been carried out to ensure that we can guarantee a high standard of durability and quality. We only work with natural diamonds and natural gemstones. Unless otherwise clearly specified. All of our diamonds and gemstones are inspected by our certified gemologists and diamond graders and if clearly specified, laboratory certificates are offered.
