Description from the seller

Please take a good look at the photos!!!
Lausitzer terracotta pot with some damage. Both handles are intact. Crack on the side and some terracotta damage.
late Bronze Age
1300-500 BC
13.5 cm x 15.5 cm x 10.5 cm

I bought the pot around 1985 from the former auction house de Castanghe in Lochem (Netherlands).
The pot comes from a large private collection in Germany. I bought several objects from that collection at the time.
I do not have any further details.

I have no authenticity certificates or receipts for the items, and I can only say that I obtained the items legally.
If you have any doubts, please do not buy.

From my fifteenth year up to and including my seventieth year I have built up a large collection of Bronze Age and Stone Age objects in all kinds of shapes, including a collection of terracotta Bronze Age pots. All from Western Europe and bought from private individuals, at auctions, collector markets, antique shops and sometimes received. I am now 85 and it is time to say goodbye to my collection.

Attention!!!!
I use smart shipping via Catawiki and I don't ship outside Europe.
