Beschrijving
Zeer complete antieke Singer handnaaimachine, model 28K, uitgevoerd in zwart gietijzer met rijk gedecoreerde goudkleurige transfers. Dit iconische model werd wereldwijd geproduceerd en staat bekend om zijn degelijkheid en fraaie afwerking.

De machine staat op een originele houten bodemplaat en wordt geleverd met de originele Singer houten koffer met deksel. De decoraties zijn nog duidelijk zichtbaar en geven de machine een authentieke uitstraling. Slijtage en patina zijn passend bij de leeftijd en onderstrepen het antieke karakter.

Wat dit exemplaar onderscheidt, is de uitzonderlijke compleetheid: naast de machine zelf zijn het originele instructieboekje (Nederlands) en een uitgebreid pakket originele Singer accessoires aanwezig. Een dergelijke complete set wordt steeds zeldzamer.

Mechanische staat
De machine is soepel lopend bij handbediening.
Voor daadwerkelijk en langdurig naaigebruik wordt echter een revisie/afstelling aanbevolen (reinigen, smeren en afstellen), passend bij de leeftijd van de machine.
