This violin is detachable. Personally, I have never seen a violin like this in my career, with 16 vibrating strings connected by a two-part soundpost that links the top and back, vibrating while playing, creating the impression of an entire violin group or an orchestra playing.
I showed the violin to an expert luthier who told me he had never seen anything like that.
There are plenty of pocket violins on the internet, but they are not dismantlable and do not have vibrating strings inside, which makes me think that it is a unique model made by someone very innovative and creative.
This violin is a unique and rare piece that has traveled through time without being damaged, fortunately, and should have its place in a museum or a private collection.
