Consolle a muro con piano in onice – stile barocco/rococò – metà XX secolo

Elegante consolle da parete in legno intagliato e dipinto, con piano in onice naturale dalle tipiche venature in tonalità verde chiaro e bruno. La struttura presenta una ricca decorazione a volute e motivi fogliacei in stile barocco/rococò, con doppia gamba sinuosa riunita nella parte inferiore. La laccatura in tonalità avorio è arricchita da dorature nelle parti in rilievo.

Il piano in onice è sagomato e lucidato, con venature evidenti e bordo mosso. La struttura in legno intagliato è di fattura artigianale, tipica della produzione decorativa italiana della metà del Novecento.

Periodo stimato: anni 1950–1960

Adatta come elemento decorativo da ingresso, soggiorno, corridoio o camera, ideale per esporre piccoli oggetti, vasi o soprammobili. Dispongo di una coppia di mensole coordinate. Per chi fosse interessato, è possibile trovarle seguendo le mie altre aste attive.

Condizioni

Buone condizioni complessive con normali segni di usura dovuti al tempo. Piccole sbeccature e cadute di colore sulla laccatura e leggere usure sulla doratura. Il piano in onice presenta naturali venature e leggere microfessurazioni coerenti con il materiale e l’età. Le fotografie fanno parte integrante della descrizione.

DESCRIPTION IN ENGLISH

Wall-mounted console table with onyx top – Baroque/Rococo style – mid 20th century

Elegant wall console in carved and painted wood with a natural onyx top showing typical light green and brown veins. The structure is richly decorated with scrolls and foliate motifs in Baroque/Rococo style, with two curved legs meeting at the lower section. The ivory lacquer is enhanced with gilded highlights on the carved reliefs.

The onyx top is shaped and polished, with marked natural veining and a molded edge. The carved wooden base is handcrafted, typical of Italian decorative production from the mid-20th century.

Estimated period: 1950s–1960s
Materials: carved and painted wood, natural onyx
