Description from the seller
Gilberto Fransicetti (1933–2000)
Unique artwork, oil on canvas with certificate
Gilberto Francisetti was born in Turin on January 29, 1933. He initially studied with painters Cardarelli in Mantua and Agnese, and in 1981 he opened a studio in Turin on Via Buenos Aires. He participated in and won numerous competitions in Italy and abroad. In his delightful works, he depicts the Aosta Valley, Elba Island, Dutch canals, and Parisian scenes, as well as the waters of the Seine and Brittany. His painting has been reviewed by prominent art critics such as Vittorio Bottino, Albino Galvano, and Gian Giorgio Massara, one of the editors of the monograph on his work.
Magnificent, refined, and precious painting, this load of pathos and elegance, at times textural due to the exquisite technique that characterized Maestro Francisetti.
A visually striking painting that a careful collector will not miss, signed at the bottom right, with an authenticity certificate on the back.
The painting, with a canvas measuring 30 x 40 cm, features a beautiful contemporary wooden frame that complements the artwork. This frame is in excellent condition, with very slight signs of age and/or previous retouches, and is provided free of charge. No disputes regarding this will be accepted, as such claims are unlikely.
The intense and harmonious colors, particularly captivating, are almost identical to reality but may differ only very slightly in person, as they depend on your device's display settings and any light reflections.
Photographs are an integral part of the description and understanding of the lot.
Guarantees accurate multi-layered and reinforced packaging, absolutely professional, and tracked fast shipping.
For packaging, I use the best products available on the market to ensure a highly resistant package that safeguards the artwork, and I rely on selected carriers for quick and optimal delivery. The costs of these materials are continuously increasing, and shipping fees depend on these costs as well as the weight, dimensions of the artwork, and delivery speed.
Shipments are not made to Campione d'Italia and Livigno. Shipments to non-EU countries will inevitably be a bit slower to allow for the necessary certification for this type of shipment.
Shipments to Corsica will incur an additional charge of 10 euros due to the significantly higher rates charged by couriers.
