Very large oval-shaped special Japanese porcelain serving dish. Early 20th century period. Hand-painted with various detailed images of well-dressed people, including a Geisha in the flat, and trees with foliage and fruits in medallions along the rim. The back is decorated with flower branches and bats. The bottom is completely flat, ensuring the dish always stands steadily. The intense cobalt blue color beautifully contrasts with the white background.
Dimensions: length 49 cm, width 39 cm. Weight 3800 grams.
Condition: excellent, flawless.
