Tasting reveals a clear, limpid color with a fresh, delicate aromatic bouquet. We detect notes of white fruits such as pear and white peach, citrus fruits such as grapefruit, licorice, and anise. On the palate, we appreciate the tension of this fine, full-bodied wine with a particularly persistent finish and a noble salinity.
