This blue and white porcelain dish. The dish is finely painted in underglaze cobalt blue with figures and floral motifs, arranged in a balanced and well-composed layout.
The decoration features several elegantly dressed women or young attendants in traditional Ming-style robes, depicted with calm expressions and graceful postures. Surrounding them are auspicious clouds, lively animals, blooming branches, and antique objects (bogu), forming a lively yet refined narrative scene. The rim is bordered with diagonal pattern bands, a stylistic feature characteristic of the period.
Condition:
The dish is in good antique condition, with no restorations. The glaze remains clean and bright. The base shows minor firing imperfections such as natural black spots and iron specks, typical of early kiln work.
