Omas - Amerigo Vespucci - Fountain pen

Condition
The piece is in excellent overall condition, preserving its structural and aesthetic integrity, and has never been inked.

Body and hood
Made of high-quality burdeos jaspeada resin, they feature a uniform gloss and no discoloration. They show no damage or scratches. The engraving 'OMAS Amerigo Vespucci' on the cap is sharp and perfectly legible. The gold applications, including clips and rings with Greek key design, retain their shiny finish without significant plating loss. The cap screws on correctly, fitting securely and precisely.

Pennino
Bicolor ink point in solid 18-carat gold (Au 750), engraved with typical OMAS decorations. The engraving remains clean and well-defined. Since the tip of the nib has never been inked, it is in new condition.

Loading system
The piston mechanism functions correctly, with smooth movement and no abnormal resistances.

Custody and presentation
Include the original case with a special design of the ship Amerigo Vespucci. The box shows slight signs of wear on the outside (scuffing with other boxes), but retains its intact structure. The interior preserves the decorative motif of the ship. Complete with its accessories (holder for pen and parchment).

Conclusion
Collection pen in perfect condition, with original packaging, fully functional and aesthetically well preserved. Its condition makes it suitable for regular use or to enhance a specialized collection of limited editions of OMAS.
