Description from the seller
Very beautiful antique Chinese filigree bracelet, made of silver and richly decorated with fine handmade filigree work. The bracelet is set with multiple deep red, hand-cut panels, most likely cinnabar (vermilion), featuring traditional Chinese seal and character motifs.
This type of bracelet was made in the first half of the 20th century for both the local market and export, and is known for its refined finish and symbolic decoration. The combination of open filigree, bead ornaments, and the cut red panels makes this a characterful and collectible piece of jewelry.
