Taisei Koki Co., Ltd. Welmy-Six folding bellows camera in fair physical condition, only for parts, with a fixed lens mount, using 120 roll film, dating from around 1950–1960.
Description from the seller
This is a Welmy-Six folding bellows camera, manufactured in Japan by Taisei Koki Co., Ltd. during the Showa period (1950s–1960s). The camera uses 120 roll film and produces 6×6 cm medium-format images, a popular format among classic folding cameras of the era.
The camera features a collapsible bellows design, allowing it to fold compactly when not in use. Due to its age and long-term storage, the camera shows normal signs of wear. The lens compartment does not close tightly, and operation has not been confirmed. As such, the camera is offered as a vintage collectible, suitable for restoration, display, or collectors of Showa-era Japanese cameras.
This is an attractive example of mid-20th-century Japanese camera craftsmanship.
