Groot en zacht gemodelleerde voorstelling van Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Lourdes, uitgevoerd in was en afgewerkt met handbeschilderde details. Maria staat in de klassieke Lourdeshouding met gevouwen handen en rozenkrans, en draagt het blauw-witte lint dat met de tijd verfslijtage vertoont. De sokkel toont een gestileerde rotsformatie die verwijst naar de grot van Massabielle, de plek van de verschijningen. De matte, ivoorkleurige was geeft het geheel een bijzondere licht doorstraalde uitstraling.

Het beeldje is 50 cm hoog en bevindt zich in goede staat met kleine ouderdomssporen en wat verfslijtage aan het blauwe lint.
