An unusually large 18th / early 19th century French faience trinket box.

In good condition for its age, with no chips, cracks or restorations.

The hinged lid decorated with shepherds and sheep, while the sides are decorated with delicate floral sprays.

Although unmarked, it is most likely a piece of rare Sceaux faience.

Provenance: acquired from a collector in Paris.

Dimensions: 18 cm x 15 cm x 7 cm


Will be carefully packaged and shipped with insurance.
