Victor Vasarely's perfectionism imposes an absolute standard of quality on him, which only at that time could be satisfied by the feats of the printing presses of Basel.
Between 1971 and 1978, Les éditions du Griffon, in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, were entrusted by Victor Vasarely with the production, distribution, and dissemination of 19 albums and 12 serigraphs, showcasing a selection of his works.
This unique print from a special edition was conceived and supervised by Victor Vasarely himself, and it is with the same attention to quality that Les éditions du Griffon paid exceptional care to these series of albums printed in the 1970s, identifiable by the copyright on the back of the prints.
