Gold electroplated. Electroplated in 24 Kt. gold, with chased work.
On the hood, there is an area that allows for potential engraving.

Mod. 9/451 Damascene: Satin-finished steel fountain pen engraved with 24 Kt gold decorations, with an M-sized winged nib plated in 23.6 Kt gold and iridium tip.
- Mod. 2/441 Corona Gold: Sphere plated in black 12 Kt. gold with 24 Kt. gold decorations - compatible with universal refills.

Shipped in an elegant case covered in gray leather. Also included is the converter for the pen to be filled with bottle ink.
