Prachtig handgeschilderd tegeltableau – Paul van Dort (Nederland)

Zeer fraai handgeschilderd tegeltableau, bestaande uit twee keramische tegels, vervaardigd en gesigneerd door de Nederlandse plateelschilder Paul van Dort. Het tableau wordt geleverd met het originele certificaat van echtheid, waarop aan de voorzijde met de hand is geschreven: 19 mei 1991. Het is aannemelijk dat het werk rond deze periode is vervaardigd.

Kunstenaar

Paul van Dort (geboren 1935, Rotterdam)
Van Dort was van 1951 tot 1969 werkzaam als plateelschilder bij “De Porceleyne Fles Anno 1653” te Delft, de wereldberoemde producent van Delfts blauw. Hij genoot daar zijn opleiding en specialiseerde zich later in het schilderen van landschappen en voorstellingen in kleur.

Voorstelling

Het tegeltableau toont een klassiek Hollands polderlandschap met een windmolen, karakteristieke boerderijen met rode pannendaken, waterpartij en bomen. De rustige compositie en het open landschap ademen een typisch Nederlandse sfeer. De voorstelling is verfijnd geschilderd in zachte aardetinten, met accenten in wit, blauw, groen en warm rood.

De twee tegels vertonen een natuurlijke craquelé, wat het tableau extra charme, diepte en authenticiteit geeft.
